Zumba Dance App Reviews

The app worked for a few months and I really liked it. However, for the past several weeks, I havent been able to get the sound to work. Ive received no help from customer support. I would not recommend at this point.

Even though Majesco lists Zumba Dance as their top title at the bottom of their homepage, the link for it only redirects to a list of unrelated games. On top of that, if you google the game page, you will find an outdated faq with a support page that no longer exists. The app support link in the App Store leads to the same defunct support page. I guess Majesco no longer supports the game. I bought the full pack and played it for a while, which was fun, but a recent update wiped purchases and doesnt allow for purchases to be restored. Using the most recent version of the game with iOS 9.2, the 2 restore purchases buttons do nothing. Im not willing to waste another $20 to experiment with trying to repurchase the pack in hopes it registers my previous purchase. Furthermore, after spending so much on packs, I dont understand why we are forced to view so many ads. If there were more free content, I could understand why you would need the extra profit of ad companies, but this is a paid app with very little updated content (if any). This is just a matter of being greedy. If Majesco changes these problems, I will gladly amend my review.

I use this on my I-phone and the only problem is that its hard to see the dance moves on such a small screen, but after a few go arounds you learn the moves. Very effective. I can Zumba anywhere! I unlocked the 20$ song pack and really enjoy the wide variety of songs and dances!

A waste of anyones hard earned money - you can do better on YouTube.

Thank you for allowing this app to be free. This made up my mind to go further with other Zumba purchases.

Use to go classes 3 times a week, come back from an injury, working on the steps will be great. Would like to see more songs

This is a very fun app. Graphics are great, but you only get 3 songs, not 6. Customer support is also nonexistent. I consider buying more songs, but how can I be confident that I will get what I pay for? Very disappointed.

I purchased this app about a year ago and bought the entire song pack for approximately $40. I really enjoyed using it, but with the most recent update it deleted all of my songs and access to them. It keeps telling me loading has failed and it will not "restore" previous purchased songs. I am very dissatisfied that I now cant use this app and spent all that money on it. I am not paying for the songs again. I am willing to update my review if someone from support is willing to restore my songs and make it right or to refund my money.

Purchased all of the songs. Still have ads. Any updates for this app?

Checked settings. Turned off and on, deleted and reloaded. No audio.

Best thing that ever happened to me!!! 16 months after I had my baby girl; I found myself 20 more pounds heavier then when I was about to pop. I started Zumba and within two weeks I have seen my postpartum tummy shrink.

The app is a great time and a wonderful excuse to get up and dance! I did pay to unlock all the songs and share frustration with other raters that you have to watch a 3 second ad in between sets. Still, its a minor complaint for a fun app.

I love Zumba. I didnt think I would because I lack coordination to dance, but whether I have the coordination or not, I love moving and trying to follow the sets. What I dont like about this app is that I couldnt restore my purchases from before; I had to repurchase the multi-pack. And I hate, with a passion the damned ads. Seems to me that if Im going to spend the money on the multipack, then I should get ad-free service, too.

Update: 09/14/16 What is going on with this app?? Now it wont play the songs that I choose!! It plays other songs or it fails to play. Seriously, you need to update or FIX IT!!! I love it! I wished for the Zumba app for the iPad and here it is :-) I just wish it was less expensive for the full pack. It would be more reasonable if it was $15 instead of $25. Just saying. Now I can Zumba everywhere I go. Thank you :-) Update: I loved this app at first but not so much now. I paid $30 for this app so I can get ads??? And why is it crashing every time I try to do a full class or just to do a single song. I keep getting the message Song Failed to Load. FIX IT!!!!

I used to love this app especially when I traveled because of its portability. However, I noticed from some months back, if not sometime last year, and this might have been as a direct result of updating my iOS software, that Im not able to restore my purchases. I purchased the full pack, and as other users have mentioned, I am not willing to repurchase the packs with the hope that the app will work again, when there is no guarantee that it will. Today, I contacted Customer Service during their working hours and no one answers and their mailbox is full. I also left 2 emails at 2 different addresses. If no one responds and/or I am not satisfied with the outcome (full refund or working app with fully restored purchases), I will report the company to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and trust me, they dont want me to do that!!!!!!! Fix this issue like yesterday!!!!!!!!!

Do not buy this App, the music doesnt work, they drive you to buy more rutines once you sign in ITS A FRAUD

Purchased the app and the full game pack. Went to play it, and there is no sound. Went to FAQs did what was suggested. No sound. Rebooted iPad. No sound. Emailed support desk. Doesnt really exist. This is an epic fail. All I want is an answer as to how to get the sound on my iPad. I dont even want to give it one star, and I havent even seen it yet

I have full access to what I purchased, I love having option of short or long class or one song and that I can customize my workouts. I just still needed to get steps DOWNPAT SO I CAN GET BETTER SCORES...lol it keeps me motivated to work out
